“ I had the loveliest Friday lunch at Cafe Ono! As close as I can describe to a “hidden gem.” I had the lasagna plate, carrot cake and hot coffee. The waitress was so lovely and patient, and the owner (I think) was walking around to each table checking in and offering travel recommendations. This would be a great place to journal or read a book while enjoying the lush plant life and birdsong in the area. I am so glad I stopped here during my trip to Volcano! ”
“ Stopped here just before closing on a rainy day and we were prepared to be turned away but the service was so nice and let us have some soup before closing. Honestly one of the top meals we had on the island! Both soups hit the spot after a day of adventuring in the national park in the rain.
